The Archway Jobs
At The Archway, we’re building a future free from domestic violence – right here in Tarrant County and across the country. Whether you’re answering crisis calls, cooking meals for families in shelter, working in an administrative role, or advancing policy through research, every role at The Archway contributes to meaningful, lasting change.
The Archway is Tarrant County’s only state-designated Family Violence Program. As the county’s domestic violence experts, we are a trusted cornerstone in our community, and now, our impact is growing far beyond it. Through our Office of Research and Innovation, we’re developing tools and shaping policies that support victims nationwide.
Our commitment to excellence starts with our people. After participating in the Disney Institute’s leadership program, our team developed a simple, powerful brand promise: thoughtfulness. That means we lead with kindness, knowing everyone we encounter is facing battles we may not see. It also means we ground our work in research, data, and proven best practices. Innovation isn’t a buzzword here; it’s how we drive real change for survivors.
We also believe in something just as important as strategy: community. When you join The Archway, as a staff member, volunteer or supporter, you become part of a team that values collaboration, equity and mutual respect. No one role outweighs another. We are all advocates, and we are all essential.
If you’re passionate about helping survivors and committed to transforming systems, you’ll find a purpose-driven home here.
The Archway is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
At this time, The Archway is not accepting new interns. Please feel free to visit our volunteer page for other opportunities to get involved.
